Daniela Cerrone is an associate at Buchli Goldstein LLP with a longstanding passion for the performing arts that she carries into her practice. She advises clients in the film and television industry on issues related to intellectual property, production legal, contract drafting and negotiation, financing, and E&O, among others.
Daniela began her career as an associate in the corporate and entertainment groups at a large Bay Street firm and received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and received the Honourable F. H. Barlow Scholarship as well as the Mabel Penery French Prize. Prior to attending law school, Daniela graduated as a Gold Medalist from Queen's University.
